Delivery/Shipping:

No P.O. boxes.

You will be notified if an item is out of stock.
We ship with USPS, priority and express options available.
See the GET RATES zip code window on the checkout page for shipping estimates. There will be a small handling charge on most orders.

Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

Returns:

Returns need to be received within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. All tags must be attached, hygenic label must not be removed. NO EXCEPTIONS. Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered cannot be taken back.

As swimwear is both intimate and delicate by nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed.

Credits are issued within 60 days of receipt of returned merchandise.
Refunds for items returned within 30 days of delivery date will be credited to your credit card account.
(refunds exclude shipping/handling costs.)
There will be absolutely no refunds for items returned more than 15 days after delivery date.

Shipping charges will apply to shipments of exchange orders and will be billed to the original method of payment.

Pricing:

While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the options of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled.

Our goal is to provide complete, accurate and current information on our site. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that any website is completely free of human or technological errors. This website may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies or omissions. some relating to price, availability and product information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or ommisions including after an order has been submitted and to change or update info at any time without prior notice.

Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.
